जिल्ला अदालत काठमाडौंले मेडिकल व्यवसायी दुर्गा प्रसाइँसँग धरौटी माग गरेकाे छ। प्रसाइँविरुद्धको संगठित रुपमा आपराधिक लाभ लिएको कसूरमा बिहीबार थुनछेक बहसपछि उनीसँग ३ लाख रुपैयाँ धरौटी माग गरिएको थियो ।
जिल्ला अदालत स्रोतका अनुसार उनले बिहीबार नै धरौटी बुझाएका हुन् । न्यायाधीश ठाकुरप्रसाद खरेलको इजलासले यस्तो आदेश गरेको हो । यस मुद्दामा प्रसाइँका साथै नवीन प्रधान भन्ने हरिचन्द्र फुयाल र रामचन्द्र मैनाली पनि प्रतिवादी भए पनि उनीहरु भने धरौटी बुझाउन नआएको जिल्ला अदालत स्रोतले जनाएको छ ।
प्रसाइँसमेत तीनै जनाविरुद्ध यस कसूरमा २४ पुसमा मुद्दा दर्ता भएको थियो । केन्द्रिय अनुसन्धान ब्युरोको अनुसन्धान प्रतिवेदनअनुसार जिल्ला सरकारी वकीलको कार्यालयले मुद्दा दर्ता गरेको थियो ।
प्रसाइँविरुद्ध नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकका गभर्नर महाप्रसाद अधिकारीले आफूलाई धम्क्याएको भन्दै उजुरी दिएका थिए । यस अघि व्यवसायीहरु पवन गोल्यान र दीपेन्द्र अग्रवालले समेत प्रसाइँविरुद्ध प्रहरीमा उजुरी दिएका थिए । प्रसाइँमाथि साइबर अपराधका मुद्दा समेत जिल्ला अदालतमा विचाराधीन छन् ।
